Dink BV, registered in Belgium under number BE 0822.931.766, with registered office at Esdreef 34, 9820 Belgium, is the controller responsible for personal data collected through this website. For any data-protection question or request, contact contact@dink.eu.
2. What personal data we collect
Data you send us directly (e.g. your name, email and message when you contact us) and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, collected to operate and secure the site.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to: (a) respond to your enquiries and provide our services (legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR); (b) keep the website secure and functioning (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); and (c) remember your cookie choice and language (your consent and essential functionality). We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Contact form messages are delivered to us using Brevo (Sendinblue), our email-delivery processor based in the EU, acting on our instructions under a data-processing agreement.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses only strictly necessary storage to remember your language preference and consent choice. It does not track you, and no advertising, analytics or third-party cookies are set — none are placed before you give consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button below or by clearing this site's storage in your browser.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Email contact@dink.eu to exercise these rights; we respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Belgium, the Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
6. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described. Contact-form messages and related correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or to defend legal claims. Consent and language preferences are stored until you change them.
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors acting on our behalf under a data-processing agreement: Brevo (Sendinblue), an EU-based email-delivery provider, and our website host. They act solely on our instructions.
8. International transfers
Your data is processed within the EU/EEA wherever possible. If a processor transfers data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
